The rear window demister is not working on my Passat I've been told it's the body control module and expensive but wonder if it could be the relay. It seems crazy. Has anyone got any thoughts on this please. 2008 Passat B6 2.0 TDI-CR, CBAB.

This goes into a suppressor to stop unwanted radio interference being picked up. After that the wire just drops to the 40A fuse.

Now that it is getting colder I noticed that my heater wasn't working very well. The problem was being caused by a large air bubble somewhere in the heater circuit. I know when the bubble was created. Back in September the clip holding the rear CTS cracked and consequently the sensor blew out of the motor. Hello. i have a Passat b6 tdi with oem webasto aux heater. the way it is suposed to work, is to start automaticly when some temperature parameters ect are reached, and only while engine running. so anyway, i switch webasto ecu and climatronic panel from a car with oem parking heater. so now i can start the webasto with the instant heat button on climatronic, and also via timer menu in Install the new blower. Reconnect the power. Make sure it works before closing up the operation! Reinstall the glove box. Make sure to get the light connector back through the side of the glove box. Remember to install the light back in the right direction. Make sure the light turns off when you close the glove box.

Jul 2, 2015. #9. That's not just a little oil, that is crazy. I'd do a flush and fill and see what happens. Its possible the heater core is plugged. Check the hoses going into it, they both should be close to the same temp, with the inlet being very hot. If the inlet is hot and the outlet cool, heater core is plugged.

The engine must be running for the seats to warm up. There is a common heated seat module under the driver seat which controls left and right seats. Since one seat works, the fuse is good. The module must be checked to see if a signal is being sent from the switch unit on the dash. If yes, then resistance must be read from the seat element.

First place grommenst to all three sides of blower motor and hold into place casing. Then place blower case into blower do not push it tigh yet. ENSURE the LUGS are lined up and push the MOROT casing into plae and screw the 3 screws minus the top one. Have some jaffa cakes. 9jro.
